All coffee products are made to order and freshly prepared.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are prepared after purchase to ensure freshness

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • International

If shipping is unavailable to your location, this will be indicated at checkout.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Total estimated time: 5–12 business days (processing + shipping)

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

5. Tracking Information

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit – Contact us, and we will assist with an investigation

  • Damaged upon arrival – Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
